Itinerary
Day 1 – Casablanca → Agafay Desert (~280 km)
Arrival at Casablanca Airport, meet & greet. Assign vehicles (Toyota Land Cruiser Prado 2024), welcome lunchboxes. Scenic drive to Agafay Desert. Check-in at Taj Atlas Boutique Spa Retreat. Orientation, dinner, and rest.
Day 2 – Agafay → Amizmiz → Wirgane → Tinmel → Tizi n’Test → Souss Valley (~210 km)
Mountain drive via Amizmiz and Wirgane Reservoir. Visit Tinmel Mosque. Cross the legendary Tizi n’Test Pass (2092 m). Dinner and overnight at Riad Prestige du Souss.
Day 3 – Oasis of Tiout → Taroudant (~60 km)
Morning walk in the palm oasis of Tiout. Transfer to Taroudant — a walled city with artisan souks. Lunch and check-in at Dar Tourkia Maison d’hôtes. Guided walk of the medina, free time. Dinner at own expense.
Day 4 – Taroudant → Kasbahs & Agadirs → Tafraoute (~200 km)
Stops at Agadir Inoummar (fortified granary) and Kasbah Tizourgane. Arrival in Tafraoute, check-in at Hôtel les Amandiers. Afternoon visit to the Painted Rocks and dance-walking session. Dinner at own expense.
Day 5 – Tafraoute → Tamassint Valley → Atlantic Coast (~260 km)
Hike in Tamassint Valley with waterfalls and natural pools. Lunch hosted by a Berber family. Evening descent to the Atlantic, overnight at Hilton Taghazout Bay Beach Resort & Spa. Dinner at own expense.
Day 6 – Taghazout → Timlaline Dunes → Essaouira (~200 km)
Sandboarding at Timlaline Dunes, stop at Imsouane viewpoint, argan oil and bread-making with Hafida’s family in Sidi Kaouki. Arrival in Essaouira, check-in at Le Medina Essaouira Thalassa Sea & Spa, guided medina walk. Dinner at own expense.
Day 7 – Buggy Expedition (~50 km)
Buggy day with A2A Tours: Polaris RZR adventure through dunes, cliffs and eucalyptus forests. Beach BBQ lunch included. Evening dinner at Cosmo Mogador (own expense). Overnight in Essaouira.
Day 8 – Essaouira → Casablanca (~370 km)
Scenic return along the Atlantic: stop in Safi, Cap El Beddouza lighthouse, oyster tasting in Oualidia (own expense). Afternoon transfer to Casablanca Airport.
