Payment for the tour is made to the company's bank account using bank details.
Prepayment upon booking is 30%.
Full payment must be made no later than 10 working days before the start of the tour.

When canceling an order, the penalty will be:
30 or more days before the start of the tour - 20 euros per person
30 to 15 days before the start of the tour - 100 euros per person
15 to 10 days before the start of the tour - 30% of the tour price
10 to 3 days before the start of the tour - 50% of the tour price
3 days before the start of the tour - 100% of the tour price.
